Honey-Barbecue Flank Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. oil
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. honey
    1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    1 1/2 lb. flank steak or London broil
Preparation
    Combine oil, soy sauce, honey, onion, vinegar, garlic and ginger; pour over meat in glass dish.
    Cover; marinate for 12 hours, turning meat occasionally.
    Baste with marinade while barbecuing over a hot fire.
    Slice in strips on the diagonal. Serve immediately.
