Spaetzles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
Preparation
-
Mix
eggs,
milk
and
salt
together
and
add
flour. Meanwhile, use a 5 quart
pan filled with water, at least half full; bring water to
a
boil.
Cut
little
spaetzles
with a sharp knife on edge of
bowl
or
use the tip of a tablespoon. Cut into boiling water and cook for 10 minutes.
Drain and add butter or oleo and serve.
