Garden Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can white Shoe Peg corn
    1 can French-style green beans
    1 can baby LeSueur peas
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. fructose or 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Drain the corn, beans and peas. Add the celery, onion and pepper; mix thoroughly. Make dressing from the last 5 ingredients. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and refrigerate overnight. Will keep for days in the refrigerator.
