Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small firm cucumbers
    1 c. plain yoghurt
    1/4 c. raisins
    1/4 c. walnuts
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/3 c. chopped fresh mint leaves
    salt and pepper
    1/4 c. dry white wine
Preparation
    Soak raisins in wine for 30 minutes.
    Peel and dice cucumbers. Mix all ingredients together and chill at least one hour.
    Line 4 salad plates with lettuce leaf and spoon cucumber mixture on each plate.
    Serves 4.
