Luncheon Meat And Noodles(Makes 4 To 6 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 (12 oz.) can luncheon meat, cubed
    2 c. cooked noodles
    1 tsp. mustard
    3/4 c. bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Melt butter or margarine in a saucepan. Blend in flour, salt and pepper; gradually stir in milk.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth and thick.
    Add meat, noodles and mustard.
    Mix well.
    Spoon into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Combine bread crumbs and melted butter or margarine.
    Sprinkle over noodles.
    Bake for about 25 minutes.
