Squash Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. yellow squash
    1 large onion
    1 stick margarine
    1 carton sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    crackers (about 10)
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 c. dressing mix or crackers or croutons tossed with margarine
Preparation
    Cook onion and squash until soft; salt.
    Drain and mash; add margarine, soup, crackers and cheese.
    Add sour cream last.
    Put in casserole dish.
    Put dressing mix on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
