Cocktail Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. corn flakes
    1 small onion, grated
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 bottle chili sauce
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 (6 oz.) glass grape jelly
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Thoroughly mix ground beef, onion, garlic, corn flakes and eggs.
    Season to taste.
    Shape into walnut size balls.
    Combine remaining ingredients in heavy skillet; simmer 5 minutes.
    Place meat balls in the sauce.
    Cook slowly 1 hour.
    Cool.
    Refrigerate until fat hardens.
    Remove and discard fat.
    Reheat to serve. Makes approximately 65 servings.
