Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. zucchini, cut up
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 pkg. herb flavored croutons
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Cook zucchini in boiling water 2 or 3 minutes.
    Drain.
    Mix onion, chicken soup, sour cream and croutons.
    Place in buttered casserole dish and sprinkle with grated cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
