Cream Cheese Pie With Strawberry Puree - cooking recipe

1 cooked pie crust
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 can sweetened evaporated milk
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 pkg. frozen strawberries
Preparation

Cool pie crust.
Put cream cheese in a bowl and blend on low with electric mixer.
Slowly add sweetened evaporated milk.
Mix on high until smooth.
Add lemon juice and blend well.
Pour into cooled pie crust and chill.
