Party Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 medium-size potatoes
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/4 c. sour cream and chives
    salt and pepper to taste
    butter
    paprika
Preparation
    Pare potatoes and boil until tender.
    Beat softened cream cheese and sour cream at medium speed of electric mixer until well blended.
    Add hot potatoes, gradually, beating until light and fluffy.
    Season to taste with salt and pepper.
