Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    32 oz. frozen hash browns
    1 c. grated Cheddar Ritz cracker crumbs
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. butter or oleo, melted
Preparation
    Thaw hash browns to separate.
    Mix all ingredients except crumbs.
    Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch casserole.
    Sprinkle with crumbs.
    Add some grated cheese on top if you like.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 60 minutes.
