Italian Beef Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 or 2 lb. round steak
    2 c. bread stuffing
    1 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. melted margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
Preparation
    Pound the meat to 1/4-inch thickness.
    Combine all ingredients, except water.
    Spread stuffing evenly over the meat; roll up and tie with a spring or roll in aluminum foil.
    Place in baking pan or dish.
    Add water to pan and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
