Fiesta Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large head lettuce
1 (15 oz.) can Ranch Style beans, rinsed and chilled
1/2 onion, chopped fine
1 (11 oz.) pkg. corn chips
2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
2 tomatoes, diced
3/4 bottle Catalina dressing
Preparation

Prepare lettuce as for a tossed salad.
Drain and rinse chilled beans.
Combine lettuce, diced tomatoes, onions, beans, grated cheese and Catalina dressing.
Chill for 30 minutes.
Add crushed corn chips and mix well before serving.
Serves 12.
