Sausage Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. frozen bread dough
1 lb. ground sausage
6 to 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese
sauteed mushrooms (optional)
1 egg, beaten
Preparation

Allow bread dough to thaw, but not rise.
Stretch out lengthwise on countertop, approximately 24-inches.
Roll out lengthwise and widthwise as much as possible.
Mix egg with enough Parmesan to make a paste and spread down center of the dough. Next, layer browned, drained sausage on the dough, followed by mushrooms and Mozzarella cheese.
Stretch and bring sides of dough up to meet in the center.
Pinch and seal down entire length.
Put onto lightly greased cookie sheet.
Curve to fit pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until golden, about 20 minutes.
