Fried Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 to 8 sweet potatoes, boiled, peeled and cut crosswise into 1/4-inch rounds
    salt and pepper
    1/4 c. bacon drippings
    sugar
Preparation
    Season potatoes with salt and pepper and chill.
    Fry in bacon drippings and brown on each side.
    Drain on paper towels; coat each side with sugar and serve very hot.
