Mary Ester'S Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Uncle Ben's converted rice
    1 stick butter
    1 can beef consomme soup
    1 can French onion soup
    4 oz. can mushrooms, drained
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    In a 2-quart casserole dish, melt butter.
    Add the remaining ingredients, except cheese.
    Bake for 1 hour in a 350\u00b0 oven, then add cheese; leave in oven until cheese is melted.
