Pineapple Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. Crisco
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 beaten eggs
1 c. crushed pineapple, not drained
1 c. nut meats
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pinch salt
1 tsp. soda
4 c. flour

Preparation

Cream butter and sugars together.
Add eggs, pineapple, nuts, vanilla and salt.
Sift together the soda and flour.
Add this to the first mixture.
Drop by spoonful on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 for about 8 to 10 or 12 minutes.
