No Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shortening (Crisco) or oil
1/4 c. water or milk
1 (29 oz.) can Raggedy Ripe freestone peaches*
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 to 4 Tbsp. butter or oleo
pinch of salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon (optional)
Preparation

Put all the ingredients in a pan and bring to a boil for 3 to 4 minutes. Pour over the baked crust. Take the 2nd crust and cut into strips. Lattice over the top of the peach mixture. Sprinkle lightly with sugar. Put in the oven and bake until golden brown.
