Crustless Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. diet margarine
    1 oz. cubed bread
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    6 oz. skim milk
    3 Tbsp. canned mushrooms
    1 egg, beaten
    1 oz. low-fat cheese, grated
    salt
Preparation
    Combine milk, margarine and bread; blend.
    Add egg, cheese, salt, mushrooms and onion; mix well.
    Spray pan with nonstick spray.
    Bake for 30 minutes or until brown at 350\u00b0.
