9-Day Cole Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. head cabbage
1 medium carrot
1 medium green pepper
1 medium onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. celery seed
1 c. salad oil
1 c. vinegar
1 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation

Grate first 4.
Add next 3.
Bring last 3 to boil and immediately pour over.
Mix well.
Chill in refrigerator.
After 24 hours, this may be frozen.
The slaw keeps for weeks.
