Crab Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. celery, finely chopped
1/4 c. onion, firmly chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
2 small cans shrimp or 8 to 10 oz. crab
1 envelope Knox gelatine
Preparation

Mix cream cheese and tomato soup over low heat until cheese melts.
Dissolve Knox gelatine in 1/8 cup cold water and add to cheese and tomato soup mixture while it is still warm.
Then add rest of the ingredients.
Chill and serve with party rye or Ritz crackers.
