Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can whole corn, drained
    1 c. sour cream
    2 eggs
    1 can cream corn
    1 c. melted margarine or butter
    1 box Jiffy cornbread muffin mix
    2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all together; pour in 13 x 9-inch pan or dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Can add 2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    (Ovens vary in heat; may have to cook longer.)
