Bernie'S Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger (lean)
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    3 cloves garlic, chopped
    2 large carrots, chopped and diced fine
    2 large or 3 small potatoes, chopped and diced fine
    1 large can red kidney beans with juice
    2 small cans white beans, drained
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    2 cans tomato soup
    3 small cans tomato sauce
Preparation
    Brown hamburger, drain grease.
    Saute in the onion, garlic and pepper until tender.
    Throw in all other ingredients.
    Simmer for at least 2 hours (stirring pretty often) until carrots and potatoes are tender.
