Marinated Artichoke Hearts And Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms
    1 (1 lb.) can artichoke hearts
    4 Tbsp. spicy mustard
    1/2 c. wine vinegar
    1 1/2 c. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. crushed garlic
    1/2 c. chopped basil
    1/2 c. diced red pepper
    1/2 c. diced yellow pepper
Preparation
    Clean and quarter mushrooms.
    Drain artichokes. Whisk mustard, vinegar, oil, garlic and basil together.
    Marinate mushrooms and half of peppers in vinaigrette.
    Marinate artichokes with remaining peppers and vinaigrette.
