Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
5 medium onions
3 tsp. brown sugar
6-7 c. water
6-7 beef bouillon cubes
Preparation

Saute onions and butter together until onions are tender. Add sugar and continue cooking until onions turn light brown.
At the same time, boil water and bouillon cubes.
Add onions and simmer 30 minutes.\tServe in bowl topped with toasted bread, Mozzarella cheese and a sprinkle of Parmesan.
Microwave until cheese melts.
Serve.
