Easy Lemon Cream Salad Dressing For Fruit(1927) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    juice and rind of 1 orange
    juice only of 1 lemon
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 heaping Tbsp. flour
    1 c. boiling water
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar and butter.
    Add grated orange rind and juice of orange and lemon.
    Add boiling water.
    Cook in double boiler until thick.
    Cool and add 1/2 pint of whipped cream before serving.
    If not using double boiler, be careful and stir.
