Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 German chocolate cake mix (takes oil and eggs)
1 c. coconut
1 c. pecans or walnut pieces
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 lb. box powdered sugar
1 stick margarine
Preparation

Spray 9 x 13 pan with nonstick cooking spray. Spread coconut on bottom of pan. Spread nuts on top of coconut. Prepare cake mix as directed. Pour over coconut and nuts. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and margarine together until blended (not thin). Drop cream cheese mixture by spoonfuls on top of batter, but away from edge of pan. Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 40 minutes.
