English Yorkshire Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. shortening
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs, well beaten
Preparation
    Cut shortening into flour and salt until crumbly.
    Add milk and eggs.
    Beat at high with mixer for 5 to 7 minutes.
    Chill. Heat muffin tins or individual ramekins in oven; spray well with Pam and fill 1/3 to 1/2 full with batter.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
    Serve with syrup or cooked fruit.
