2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
1 c. chopped nuts
1 to 2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. dairy sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
2 c. (2 medium) peeled, finely chopped apples
