Corn Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. bacon
1 medium onion chopped fine
6 - 8 potatoes -cubed
2 cans crisp sweet corn
2 cans creamed corn
1 can evaporated milk
salt & pepper to taste
Preparation

In a large pot or Dutch oven, saute onion and bacon until bacon is almost done and onions are clear.
Add potatoes.
Stir coating potatoes on grease.
Add water to just cover potatoes.
Boil until potatoes are done.
Add corns and milk.
Salt and pepper to taste.
