Chili Rellenos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 oz.) can Ortega green chilies (whole)
    1/2 lb. grated Jack cheese
    1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 jar Ortega salsa
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Rinse chilies in cold water.
    Split and remove seeds and veins. Layer half in bottom of a 9-inch square casserole dish. Sprinkle Jack cheese on top of chilies. Layer remaining chilies on top. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top.
    Beat eggs with flour and then milk. Pour over all. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Pour salsa over top of casserole and return to oven for 15 minutes.
    Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
