Ingredients
    1 small head cabbage
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. diced onion
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 can tomato soup
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Spray 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish with Pam.
    Chop cabbage into medium pieces and spread in the bottom of the baking dish. Brown ground beef and onion in skillet, breaking up the beef into small pieces.
    Stir in rice and pepper.
    Drain grease from skillet.
    Spoon mixture over the cabbage in a small saucepan; heat the tomato soup and water to boiling.
    Pour over all ingredients. Sprinkle with the cheese.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours. Makes 4 servings.
