Chicken Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. chicken breasts
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1/4 tsp. basil
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    2 c. tomato sauce
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan
    8 oz. Jack cheese
Preparation
    Place chicken breasts on board and flatten.
    Combine eggs, salt and pepper.
    Dip chicken in egg and then bread crumbs.
    Heat oil in large pan and brown chicken on both sides.
    Put in shallow baking pan.
    Stir rest of ingredients into frying pan and heat. Simmer; put butter in last.
    Pour over chicken.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Cover and cook at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    (Can now be placed in refrigerator overnight.)
    Place Jack cheese on it and bake 10 minutes, covered.
