Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. oil
    4 eggs, well beaten
    2 tsp. soda
    2 c. plain flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped pecans
    3 c. grated carrots
Preparation
    Mix together the oil and sugar.
    Add beaten eggs and mix well. Combine dry ingredients and stir in.
    Mix until smooth.
    Add chopped pecans and grated carrots.
    Bake in 3 greased 9-inch layer pans at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Cool.
