Sweet And Sour Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pork
    1/4 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. chili sauce
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1 small jar apricot jelly
    1 small green pepper, cut in thin strips
    1 small red pepper, cut in thin strips
    1 can mandarin oranges, drained
    1 can pineapple chunks, drained
Preparation
    Cut pork into 1/2-inch chunks.
    Coat thoroughly with flour. Brown in skillet with oil about 5 minutes.
    Stir occasionally. Dissolve cornstarch in vinegar; stir in chili sauce, garlic powder and ginger.
    Add to pork with apricot jelly.
    Heat to boiling. Turn heat down.
    Add peppers.
    Cover and simmer 15 minutes.
    Stir in oranges and pineapple.
    Heat 2 minutes more.
