Biscotti-Italian Dunking Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    4 tsp. anise
    3 3/4 c. flour
    1 c. chopped almonds
Preparation
    Beat egg, sugar and anise well.
    Add flour, then add almonds. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Spread on oiled wax paper.
    When baked, flip over and take wax paper off and cut in strips about 1 inch thick and cut each strip in 4 or 5 pieces.
    Put back on pan and bake until toasted well.
