Japanese Fruit Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chocolate chips
2 sticks butter
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. coconut
1 c. pecans
2 (8-inch) pie crusts
1 medium to large lemon
4 large eggs
1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
10 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
1 prepared unbaked 9-inch pie crust
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0. Wash lemon, leaving peel on cut into small pieces. Remove seeds and discard. Place lemon pieces in blender container. Blend on high. Add eggs, sugar and margarine or butter. Process well on high speed. Pour into unbaked pie shell and place pie pan on baking sheet. Bake 45 to 60 minutes or until set. Remove from oven and cool on rack.
