Toot'S Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. Crisco shortening
    1 c. milk (judgement call more or less)
Preparation
    Heat the oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a large bowl, mix and sift dry ingredients.
    Place the Crisco shortening into the flour mix. Start working the shortening through the flour mix very thoroughly.
    Pour milk gradually into the well mixed flour and shortening until the ingredients have become gummy.
    From the bag of flour, sprinkle flour very thoroughly through the gummy dough. Work the flour through the dough until the dough is no longer gummy.
    Roll the dough out on a chopping board.
    Use a medium size glass to cut out the biscuits.
    Serves 4.
