Barbecue Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 lb. boneless beef brisket
    2 medium onions, quartered
    1 garlic clove, crushed
    2 bay leaves
    2 c. catsup
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 c. water
    1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    2 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. chili power
Preparation
    In covered kettle on high heat, boil brisket, bay leaves, onions, garlic and enough water to cover.
    Simmer over low heat for 2 1/2 to 3 hours until tender.
