Unbaked Caramel Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. butter or margarine
    5 oz. can evaporated milk
    1 small box instant butterscotch pudding
    3 1/2 c. quick-cooking rolled oats
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, combine sugar, butter and evaporated milk.
    Bring mixture to a rolling boil, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and add instant pudding and oats and mix thoroughly.
    Cool in pan 15 minutes.
