Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. unpeeled, shredded zucchini
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. raisins
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
Preparation
    In large bowl, stir together flour, sugar, cinnamon, salt, baking powder, baking soda, nuts and raisins.
    In another bowl, beat eggs and oil.
    Pour over flour mix.
    Add zucchini.
    Stir until all is moistened.
    Pour into greased lightly floured (two) loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or tested done.
    Cool in pan 10 minutes.
    Complete cooling on rack.
