Sugar-Free Bran And Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. (1 large) grated carrot
    2 large (1 1/2 c.) grated, unpeeled but cored apple
    1/2 c. Raisin Bran
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
    2 eggs
    3 Tbsp. artificial brown sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. plain flour
Preparation
    Grate apple and carrot, add pineapple and juice together in a large mixing bowl.
    Add the Raisin Bran and set aside to allow the bran to soften in mixture.
    Beat in eggs.
    In another bowl mix all dry ingredients, then add to mixture.
    Spray a Bundt pan or loaf pan with Pam.
    Pour in mixture and bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until done.
