Cottage Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 medium potatoes
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese or more
    1 medium onion, minced
    1/2 c. milk
    1 stick margarine
    1 slice white bread, pieced
    corn flakes, crushed
Preparation
    Boil potatoes with peels on.
    Cool or put in refrigerator overnight.
    Peel and cube potatoes.
    Place bread, onion and milk over potatoes.
    Slice the margarine and Velveeta and lay over top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Stir melted cheese and butter into other ingredients.
    Sprinkle crushed corn flakes over top and bake another 45 minutes.
