Irish Chocolate Mint Coffee - cooking recipe

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
1/2 c. powdered nondairy coffee creamer
1/4 c. powdered instant coffee
1/4 c. cocoa
Preparation

Place sugar in a small bowl and sprinkle extract over it while stirring with a fork.
Thoroughly blend, then add remaining ingredients. Allow to stand 1 hour, stirring occasionally to dry. Store in tightly covered container.
Use 3 to 4 teaspoons per cup of hot water.
