Lazy Pigs In The Blanket - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cabbage (medium), sliced thin
2 lb. hamburg
2 c. rice, cooked
1 pkg. onion soup or large onion, diced
2 cans tomato soup and 1 c. water
1 large can sauerkraut
1/2 lb. bacon, fried, drained and broken into small pieces
touch of garlic
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix hamburg, rice, soup (or onion), garlic, salt and pepper together.
Rinse sauerkraut lightly and mix in cabbage.
Add to meat mixture.
Mix tomato soup and water together.
Put meat and cabbage in roaster and pour tomato soup all over mixture.
Spread bacon over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
