Lemon Dill Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large potatoes
1/4 c. margarine, melted
1/3 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp. fresh dill
1 1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
4 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Bake potatoes 40 to 60 minutes.
Cut potatoes in half (long way).
Scoop out inside of potatoes, leaving potato shell.
Add all ingredients inside of potatoes.
Beat or mix together and fill in potato shells with stuffing.
Goes great with red meat, broccoli and a side of salad.
