Chocolate Glaze - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
    1 sq. semi-sweet chocolate
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1 c. sifted confectioners sugar
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Heat together chocolate, butter and milk over low heat, stirring constantly, until well combined. Add sugar and salt; continue stirring over heat until smooth. This is very good drizzled over angel food cake.
