Molasses Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter
1 Tbsp. molasses
pinch of salt
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. mixed allspice
2 c. sifted flour
1/3 tsp. soda
1 c. raisins
1 c. nuts
Preparation

Cream sugar, butter, molasses and salt.
Add eggs, cream of tartar and allspice.
Mix together.
Add flour, soda and raisins.
Add nuts.
Mix together.
Bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
