Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
    2 carrots, diced
    6 celery stalks, diced
    water
    1 onion, chopped
    6 Tbsp. margarine
    6 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook together potatoes, carrots and celery 20 minutes in water to cover.
    Drain vegetables, reserving liquid.
    In same pan used to cook vegetables, melt butter and saute onion.
    Add flour, salt and pepper to onion/margarine; stir until bubbly.
    Add milk and cook until thickened.
    Stir in cooked vegetables.
    Add reserved liquid, one cup at a time, until desired consistency is reached.
