Fruity Coolers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sliced strawberries
    2 ripe bananas, sliced
    2 peeled peaches, sliced
    1 c. nonfat vanilla yogurt
    1 c. apple juice
    1 c. sparkling water
Preparation
    Place 1 cup strawberries, half of the bananas, half of the peaches, 1/2 cup yogurt, 1/2 cup apple juice and 1/2 cup sparkling water in a blender. Process until smooth. Pour into tall glass, and repeat with remaining ingredients. You can also substitute your family's favorite fruits.
